If you are booking a group of twenty (20) or more seats for domestic destinations and ten (10) or more seats for International destinations you may wish to use our group booking facility.
Please note our Group Fares may not be the cheapest available on the dates and flights you are requesting, but they offer more flexibility than regular fares as you do not have to provide passenger names at the time of booking.
To book a group, please follow the simple instructions below
1) Complete a group application form and send it back to us by email on pricing@flysama.com or fax us at +966 1 263 0098
2) A member of our pricing team or a local sales representative will call or email you to confirm the fare available for your group on the dates and flights requested. The fare will be valid for two (2) business days only, if after this time you have not confirmed your booking a new application form will need to be completed for an updated quote.
3) If, after you have received the group fare from the Sales Agent, you wish to proceed and confirm your booking, call your contact (contact details will be given when quotation issued) quoting your group reference. All details will be confirmed and an initial booking confirmation will be emailed to the group leader.
4) Once you have confirmed your booking, we must receive a full payment of the amount within seventy two (72) hours. Payments can be made by credit card (Visa Card or MasterCard), ATM card (only available if your payment is processed in person at a Sama Sales Offices) by cash through our retail shops click here for address and opening hours, or by SADAD. Any booking not paid in full within this time will be cancelled automatically.
5) All passenger names must be provided and confirmed at least ten (10) days prior to the outbound flight booked.
Please note: No refunds will be granted after payment had been received. Any name changes made after the names had been added to the booking will be subject to our standard change fees and any fare differential.
You may not change the date or time of a flight unless it is for the entire group, in which case our standard change fees and fare differential will apply on a per passenger, per sector basis.
Any bookings, ten (10) days before flight departure, without passenger details will be subject to cancellations. A Sales agent will call the lead passenger prior to cancellations.
Quotes within ten days (10) of flight departure will be accepted with full immediate payment and passenger list provided.
